Ravenna is a 634-acre private golf and resort lifestyle community located in Littleton near Waterton Canyon. As soon as you enter the secure gates, you feel as though you’ve entered a world you never knew existed, tucked quietly just far enough from the city to feel like an escape but convenient enough to enjoy everyday city amenities. Membership is not required for residents. However, members of The Club at Ravenna enjoy access to one of the state’s - and region’s - premier private clubs. The spectacular golf course includes a beautiful driving range and short game area. La Bella Vita - a state-of-the-art fitness center - features a resort-style pool and hot tub, beautiful sunset patio for dining and special events, and multi-level gym featuring elite equipment, amenities and group classes such as yoga and pilates. The most recent addition to the club is the brand-new 22,000 SF clubhouse opened in 2022 featuring a variety of dining, men’s and women’s locker rooms, a wine room, golf shop and more. The club features a year-round calendar of both golf and social events.
